With over 40 years of experience in accounting and finance, Alexis Mesa has developed a solid and recognized career in the hotel, energy, and business sectors in the Caribbean. He began his career as head of accounting at prestigious hotels in Cuba and later led the financial departments of major resorts in the Dominican Republic, in destinations such as Bávaro, Puerto Plata, and Bayahibe.
For a decade, he served as Chief Financial Officer in the Dominican hotel sector, consolidating his reputation as an expert in financial control, auditing, and strategic planning. He later assumed the position of accounting director of the Elliott Group, overseeing the accounting of 22 companies.
For over 14 years, Alexis has run his own firm, AMB Group, specializing in accounting, tax, and financial services for national and international companies. His
focus is on providing comprehensive, agile, and customized solutions that
ensure compliance and financial efficiency for each client.
